Kite Festival
Last Saturday a friend and I went down to the Kite Festival on the Mall. This is part of the 100th Anniversary Cherry Blossom festival which is going on for the next couple of weeks in DC.
The wind was a little spotty so the kites had a few problems getting airborne and staying there. It was fun to see people try.
