A little Rain Delay

There was about an hour rain delay. And it poured at one point. I mean it poured. Both Mark and I checked our weather apps. All of the DC Metro area was essentially clear except for this area over the stadium. There was almost no wind so this single cell just rained itself out as opposed to moving out of the area.
