It's a Home Run
The Nationals did all their scoring in the first two innings. Three runs in the first and then a solo home run. From the Post article:
[The catcher] Nieves led off the second with a homer to make it 4-0; it was the fourth homer of the 32-year-old's career. The Nationals later that inning loaded the bases - Gonzlez and Desmond again had hits - but could not pad the lead.
