Case File of Dective James McDevitt

My friend Mark and I went on walking tour called History of Foot: Case File of Detective James McDevitt. As the Ford's Theater site describes it:

On the night of April 14, 1865, Detective James McDevitt was on duty at the Washington Metropolitan Police headquarters, a half-block from Ford’s Theatre. Just before 10:30, frantic witnesses rushed in with horrifying news: President Lincoln had been shot at the theatre. Join Detective McDevitt as he revisits the sites and reexamines the clues from the investigation into the Lincoln Assassination Conspiracy.

Investigation: Detective McDevitt lasts approximately 2 hours and makes at least eight stops throughout the story. The distance walked is approximately 1.4 miles from Ford’s Theatre to the White House. Wear comfortable shoes.

Everyone got a copy of the guide above. But some people got envelopes containing the testimony of some of the eye witnesses to the events that occurred that night.

Our guide was fantastic. He was very informative. He had a great deal of fun with the people on the tour. In all just a very wonderful and fun experience.
