Sign sign everywhere a sign

The joys of parking in Washington, DC.

Here's a pretty obvious sign saying you can't park or stand at any time.




This sign has set certain hours when you can and cannot park or stand.






Now if I move back a little you can see both signs are on the same pole. Oh and there's a parking meter right underneath the pole. So what exactly are you supposed to do.


Yes parking is fun in Washington.
